WWE Night of Champions 2026 PPV Predictions

Night of Champions is upon us and not only is Championship gold on the line this evening but also the title of ‘Queen of the Ring’!

After clawing their way through this year’s Queen of the Ring Tournament IYO SKY and Liv Morgan will collide later this evening to be crowned the 2026 queen of the ring. Will Morgan once again prove the critics wrong and gain a shot at yet another WWE Championship or will IYO SKY finally get the opportunity to once again land herself at the top becoming not only queen of the skies but also Queen of WWE.

Elsewhere Jade Cargill looks to regain some gold for her own as she takes on Tiffany Stratton for her United States Championship. Is Tiffy Time over or is Jade’s storm nothing more than a breeze? It’s time to weigh in with our Night of Champions 2026 PPV Predictions:

Elle: I hate to say it but it feels like WWE backed themselves into a corner with these two advancing to the finals. Don’t get me wrong both are easily worthy of being Queen of the Ring but given several circumstances and the fact Liv has yet to defend the title she already has, I don’t think this tournament has been used to it’s full potential. With Rhea possibly injured it would seem that neither IYO or Liv could challenge Rhea anytime soon and should IYO win it will just result in a rematch between Liv and IYO at SummerSlam. I think the only real question about tonight’s match is whether or not Roxanne and/or Raquel will finally turn on Liv after failing to aid them in their recent bouts. Prediction: IYO SKY

Adam(TheInsanityInc): The WWE has completely blown the chance to give Morgan a legit title reign, with zero defences of the gold yet and putting her into a tournament that would get the winner a shot at a title like hers. It’s madness from the WWE and it will ultimately hurt Morgan in the long term, being remembered for a nothing reign. With speculation about Rhea Ripley being injured right now, I can’t see the WWE going for some sort of Champion versus Champion clash at SummerSlam, and the WWE loves running back rematches with women’s matches, so I’m imagining Sky wins and we get the bout all over again for the World title at SummerSlam. Prediction: Iyo Sky

Elle: Regardless of a loss at Mania, Jade Cargill has refused to fall back down the ladder of success and has easily staked her claim at the top of the SmackDown Women’s division with Rhea and the WWE Women’s Championship out of action for the time being. Due to the discourse between Cargill and the many women she has attacked in recent weeks, it could come down to whether or not anyone steps up to ensure she doesn’t get her hands on the gold. If there is no interference I imagine it will be a short Victory for Jade as she once again stands dominant at the top. Prediction: Jade Cargill

It’s hard to see this bout ending well for Stratton. Last year she was squashed by Cargill, losing the WWE Women’s Championship, and fresh off of losing that title herself Cargill has bounced back with a tag match win over Stratton. The odds don’t look good and it’s a situation where if Cargill loses, her unstoppable aura gets shattered but if Stratton loses, her career might not recover well either. I’m leaning towards a Cargill victory here but this could be one of those matches that can go either way, especially if Stratton gets some aid from her ‘new friend’ Chelsea Green. Prediction: Jade Cargill
