Evolution is finally back after what feels like an eternity and boy has Women’s Wrestling in WWE continued to evolve since 2018. In a night filled with nothing but Women’s Wrestling and what is bound to be an evening full of suprises, returns and shocking results, who will leave their mark on History and who will stand tall as the night comes to a close.
Championship Gold, Bitter grudges and Dream matches are all in store as the Women prepare to show why they do it just as good as the men, if not better. So let’s not beat around the bush and weigh in with our Evolution 2025 PPV Predictions.

Elle: Part of me feels like this one is a no brainer, but the fact it seems like a no brainer makes me think i’m falling into the trap that WWE has laid before us. I have to imagine that there will be some title changes this evening, so which title changes hands and who walks out as Champion. Sure IYO hasn’t had chance to do too much with the gold but when she is in the ring she continues to prove why she is champion in the first place. Mami on the other hand continues to stay on top even when losing and remaining popular as ever. Regardless of the result I have no doubt that both Women will put on a match for the ages and prove why Evolution should at least be an annual event. It may be falling for the trap but I have to go with Mami. Prediction: Rhea Ripley
Adam: This is a tough one as (much like many of the matches on the card) there’s been little build unless you count the run-up to the WrestleMania Triple Threat Match earlier in the year and the ongoing ‘Ripley’s never beating Sky’ factor. Regardless, this will be another fantastic match between the two. In terms of who wins that’s very up in the air but my gut instinct is Iyo Sky retaining unless the WWE has some plans set in stone for Ripley and SummerSlam. Prediction: Iyo Sky

Elle: I’m so glad WWE are delivering on a dream match even if the build up hasn’t been most favourable. Like the Royal Rumble, Evolution should be an event that brings the past and present together and if Evolution does indeed return I would love to see more matches like this on the card. I won’t lie I’m not a huge fan of Tiffany’s character at the minute purely because it seems directionless, she’s hitting the beats as a babyface but cutting promos as a heel so it’s hard to get behind her as a character. I would love to see WWE pull a huge shocker and give Trish the belt and lets face it what better stage than Evolution, but if we’re being honest with ourselves I just can’t see it happening. Prediction: Tiffany Stratton
Adam: Kudos to the WWE for actually delivering a Dream Match even at such short notice. Trish was solid in her matches earlier in the year but we’ll see if she can deliver another great showing in a big solo spot one-on-one here. The outcome will be predictable but hopefully there will be a good match in between. Prediction: Tiffany Stratton

Elle: I think this purely comes down to how the future of the Judgement Day is going to pan out. Roxanne is either going to cost her and Raquel the belts or she is going to prove that the Judgement Day don’t need Liv Morgan to be on top. I can see either outcome unfolding but given that there aren’t too many teams on the main roster in the fold I think it’s more likely that Liv will be replaced returning to take on her former friends. Don’t get me wrong I would be happy to see any of the other teams leave with the gold but long term Judgement Day should probably stay decorated before their next downfall. Prediction: Raquel Rodriguez & Roxanne Perez
Adam: Plans have been up in the air with Liv Morgan’s unfortunate injury. There’s star power from Raw and Smackdown here so hopefully the NXT duo will still get a chance to shine. As for the winners, I think that the champs will retain perhaps over one of the NXT Superstars to continue the Judgement Day story and give Bliss and Flair more reasons to be at odds for not winning. Prediction: Raquel Rodriguez & Roxanne Perez

Elle: For me I think this one comes down to two possible winners, Becky Lynch or Bayley. Don’t get me wrong Lyra has been on a roll as of late and I wouldn’t mind seeing her as Champion once again, but to keep things chugging along we need to shake things up. Becky Lynch could easily carry any angle if she remains Champion and I wouldn’t be suprised if we end up seeing a feud with just Bayley and Becky post Evolution. After not having a spot at WrestleMania what better way to pay it back to Bayley than crowning her Champ at Evolution. Prediction: Bayley
Adam: This is one of the few matches on the show not hurt by lack of time to build or injury wrecked. A story that’s gone on since WrestleMania and has plenty of heat behind it. Helped by three of the best in the business being involved so it will, no doubt be a great clash. I can see Lynch retaining to take advantage of the former friendship that’s fallen apart between Bayley and Valkyria and we’ll see who, if anyone, steps up to challenge The Man after Evolution. Prediction: Becky Lynch

Elle: One of my favourite things about Battle Royals is that anyone and everyone (in theory) has a chance to do the unthinkable and gain a shot at Championship gold. Like i’ve said in previous predictions, what better place to pull off shock suprises than at Evolution and make memories and moments to remember. WWE have been promoting Nikki Bella possibly winning the whole thing which makes me think the exact opposite will happen. Like the Rumble, Battle Royals allow new feuds to come into play with friends betraying their partners and screw jobs galore in a bid to get to the top, I imagine someone will be the agitator for Nikki Bella creating a new feud post Evolution. If I had to go with my gut I think Stephanie Vaquer will be the one to walk out victor and possibly go on to feud with Mami. Prediction: Stephanie Vaquer
Adam: Obviously, it’s tough to call this one not knowing who all will be involved. Hopefully, there will be some surprises and Legends in the mix too so the match is fun at the very least. That all aside, I have a feeling that from the few confirmed names from the main roster, Stephanie Vaquer is probably the leading candidate to get the big spotlight after being cooled off because of the Queen of the Ring Tournament. Prediction: Stephanie Vaquer

Elle: I absolutely can’t get enough of this feud and If I’m right I think there is bound to be even more twists and turns for this pair over the Summer. A loss for Jade or Naomi being Queen of the Ring and the MITB holder isn’t ideal if you want to make them a threat for whoever leaves Champion post Evolution, but with a feud as hot as this someone needs to take a loss. Thankfully having No DQ in the mix allows for the loser to take the ultimate beating or screwjob without looking too weak unlike a clean win in a regular match. With Naomi teasing an array of weapons to take down her former friend I wouldn’t be surprised if Naomi stands tall by any means necessary. Also with Bianca Belair now added back into the mix I wouldn’t be surprised to see Belair shift things up and maybe even align with Naomi. Prediction: Naomi
Adam: This is the other match with some more than solid build behind it. I was pleasantly surprised by their WrestleMania match so this could be another good contest. I think, however, that the No DQ element and now the addition of Belair as the Special Referee will work in Naomi’s favour. Possibly as a way for her to introduce a minon/helper to have her back and steal the win over the powerhouse. The WWE has been behind Cargill, the current Queen of the Ring, so it could go either way. Prediction: Naomi

Elle: I’m so glad Jacy Jayne is getting the chance to show why she is WORTHY as Champion after putting on great promos and solid matches for years in NXT but I won’t lie I almost feel a little sad for her leading into Evolution. To me this feels like Jacy is possibly headed for what seems like an obvious loss with the head of Fatal Influence looking like nothing more than a transitional champion. Sure sometimes that’s what you need but I can’t help but feel like Jacy has been cheated after putting on solid work time and again. Don’t get me wrong Jordynne is absolutely Champion material and she too should hold the gold but I just wish Jacy could have defended the title more and held it longer before dropping it. I have no doubt that both women will put on a banger of a match and show why NXT is brilliant but please let’s give Jacy more opportunities going forward. Prediction: Jordynne Grace
Adam: This match, the first announced for the show, has become lost a little bit with all the WWE main roster contests. A shame, as there’s good story behind it. Those who don’t follow NXT might assume that Grace, the former TNA Knockouts Champion, will easily win here but with the arrival of Blake Monroe (FKA Mariah May) now in NXT and in the title hunt, I can see Fatal Influence being the factor that robs Grace of the win here. Leaving the door open for Monroe to get her opportunity in NXT sooner rather than later. Prediction: Jacy Jayne.
