Welcome one and all to the RAW RECAP presented by THE REVELLEUTION!
We’re heading ever closer to the Elimination Chamber event, and we’ll find out the last participant this week with another Triple Threat Qualifying Match. In addition, after weeks of stalling, Liv Morgan will finally confirm which Championship she’ll challenge for at WrestleMania. Which title will she pick? Let’s get into it, and find out…
LIV MORGAN went to the ring with Dominik Mysterio, and put on a fake look of being sad about last week’s verbal lashing from Stephanie Vaquer. Mysterio introduced Morgan and said she would make her WrestleMania announcement, and demanded the Champions come out. STEPHANIE VAQUER would come out first then JADE CARGILL. Morgan again stalled, and said that Vaquer’s words left her ‘vulnerable’, faking that she was a changed woman and admitted about being privileged. Morgan lost the crowd as she claimed she was sorry for misjudging Vaquer.
Morgan would fake stepping up to Cargill, only to show her true colours when she levelled Vaquer with a cheap shot with the microphone before pounding away at Vaquer while Cargill left the ring. Morgan would hit a Codebreaker then ObLIVion to Vaquer before she posed with the Women’s World Championship. Dumping the belt onto her rival before she and Mysterio left the ring to close out the segment.
Singles Match
NATTIE defeated MAXXINE DUPRI by ‘referee stoppage’
Nattie charged Dupri into a corner and hit her wild head punches, but trying for another carry charge Dupri countered with a Sunset Flip roll, then caught Nattie with a Dropkick. Dupri followed up with a Roundhouse Kick, then a Pump Kick that sent Nattie out of the ring. Dupri went out too, and would hit a Crossbody off the crowd barricade. Durpi would toss Nattie into another corner of the barricade, but trying for the Ankle Lock Nattie shoved her off and into the ring post.
Dupri sold it like she was dead and Nattie again did more of her wild head punches a couple of times before the ref called off the match. Nattie gloated as she backed up the ramp.
In the Clubhouse of The Judgement Day, RAQUEL RODRIGUEZ, Morgan and Mysterio was all happy families, but the same wasn’t true for the guys who had more drama.
CATHY KELLY handled interview duties.
BECKY LYNCH had a promo video, ranting about AJ Lee and claiming she made the Women’s IC the most sought-after title. Lynch vowed to retire Lee at Elimination Chamber.
Triple Threat Match – Women’s Elimination Chamber Qualifying Match
RAQUEL RODRIGUEZ defeated Women’s Tag Team Champion IYO SKY & KAIRI SANE

Sky did her flips, a Leg trip and tried for a Sunset Flip but Rodriguez’s power blocked it and she muscled Sky up, tossing her into a corner. Sane locked on a Back Sleeper to Rodriguez but was tossed toward that corner, but both women dodged the corner charge so they could pepper Rodriguez with chops and strikes. Working together, briefly, to whip Rodriguez across before Sane hit a Running Forearm and Sky and Running Back Elbow. Exchanging a double high five before remembering they were rivals.
Kicks from Sane and Sky sent out Rodriguez before Sane used a hair pull to slam Sky down. Moments later, Sky rallied with a couple of Shotei strikes, a Dropkick to Rodriguez trying to get back in, and then the Springboard Missile Dropkick to Sane, leading to the kip ups and DOING THE THING!
Sky went for the Bullet Train Attack but was wiped out by a Pounce by Rodriguez, who then decked Sane with the Rewind Clothesline for a near fall. Rodriguez went for a Tijana Bomb on Sane but Sky pulled her down so the two could toss Rodriguez into the ring post. Sky hit a Suicide Dive to Rodriguez before Sane hit an InSane Elbow to Rodriguez. Sky sent Rodriguez over into the Timekeeper’s area with a Dropkick, but soon ate a Cutlass from Sane. Back inside, Sky ducked a Flying Forearm off the top, before Sane got a near fall from a Backslide. Rodriguez hit the Tijana Bomb on Sane for the clean victory and securing the final spot in Elimination Chamber.
There was a nothing interview by Cathy Kelley with Jade Cargill.
FINAL THOUGHTS:
A mixed bag from Raw this week. The Triple Threat Match was a nice bout with perhaps a surprise outcome in one respect, but in the other there always needs to be pin takers and people eliminated in the Chamber, as in the name after all. The Nattie-Dupri match was a dud that did no one any favours and it’s not working to get over Nattie’s ‘shooter’ gimmick, especially with the wild punches that she repeatedly throws. The Morgan decision segment wasn’t good either with Morgan’s fake sadness and the decision everyone knew was coming. Hopefully Vaquer and Morgan can now get things focused and build a proper story heading into Mania.
That’s your lot for this week! Be sure to stop by in seven days’ time for the next edition of the RAW RECAP! See you then!
