BETH PHOENIX hosted a ceremony to start off the Women’s Dusty Classic with all the participants in the tournament, including the newly signed female Superstars.
Women’s Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic Tournament – First Round Match: KAYDEN CARTER & KACY CATANZARO defeated Mercedes Martinez & Toni Storm. At the end of the match IO SHIRAI attacked Martinez to take her out of the match, leaving Storm to be crushed by a Reverse Figure Four knee slam by Carter, setting up a Corkscrew Blind Back Senton by Catanzaro to Storm’s back for the upset win. The faces would be jumping for joy over their win backstage.
