Crown Jewel is almost upon us and for us lucky folks in the UK, a great way to start the morning with some Women’s wrestling featuring some of the very best in all of WWE.
In what has now become an annual tradition the WWE Crown Jewel Championship will once again be up for grabs as the WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton faces off against the Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer. Will it be Tiffy Time for Stratton or is her time up as the era of La Primera ranks up another notch.
Elsewhere after the ultimate betrayal from her friends, IYO SKY seeks revenge as she teams up with Rhea Ripley to take on Asuka and Kairi Sane of the Kabuki Warriors. Will the Asuka once again dominate the landscape or will IYO get the last laugh and show why she doesn’t need her ‘family’ going forward.
With Championship Gold and grudges for the ages all on show, who will reign supreme in the land down under. It’s time to weigh in with our Crown Jewel Perth 2025 PPV Predictions.
Elle: In my mind it seems like a no given that Stephanie should and could win going into this match against Stratton given the incline of her career since moving to the main roster. However as we all know by now WWE isn’t as predictable as it used to be and anything and everything is possible. I’m not going to lie I feel like I’m a little over this incarnation of Tiffany and I want her to either go back to her roots or make some shift to truly decipher who she is meant to be. I don’t think Tiffany will hold onto the WWE Women’s Championship for too much longer so I wouldn’t be surprised if WWE award Tiffany with the title before dropping her prior title, it would also give Tiffany the ultimate bragging rights, especially over someone like Stephanie Vaquer. Prediction: Tiffany Stratton
Adam (TheInsanityInc): A tough one since the WWE is high on both women and this isn’t exactly a match where a loss for either is ideal for their career, but a win doesn’t necessarily benefit either with the tired brand versus brand format. Most likely, the WWE will go for their golden girl Stratton here to boost her after some lacklustre months without a proper feud. Hopefully Vaquer can bounce back with her first proper title feud once this match is over with. It should at the very least make for a fine match. Prediction: Tiffany Stratton
Elle: I have absolutely adored this angle between IYO and the Kabuki Warriors. It feels like every superstar has their own thought out angle with could she would she moments around every corner. Each woman has excelled in their role and I can’t get enough, it just goes to show you don’t need a title involved to create liquid gold. I think this could easily go either way and it probably comes down to how Kairi Sane is ‘used’ to end the match. Asuka could either use Kairi as a literal weapon or shield or Kairi could be the one to take the pin, either is definitely possible. I almost feel like Kairi taking the loss might be a little too early for more tension between Asuka and Kairi so why not make Asuka look the ultimate badass and pin either Rhea or IYO. Prediction: The Kabuki Warriors.
Adam: Is there any doubt about who is going over here? Unless there’s a massive swerve, Ripley gets another big home country victory, likely pinning Sane to do so. We’ll no doubt see the feud carry on after this event but this should be a fantastic match with four of the very best in the company. Prediction: Iyo Sky & Rhea Ripley
