The Road to WrestleMania official begins later tonight as the Men and Women of WWE prepare for Tonight’s Royal Rumble Premium Live Event.
The Royal Rumble is a night where anything can happen and anyone can appear, friendships can be broken and new feuds begin at the drop of a hat. Will a rising star do the unthinkable and outlast 29 other female superstars or will one of the many WWE pros continue to show why they are the best in the division.
In a Night filled with potential, surprises and so much more, who will stake a claim to compete at the Showcase of the Immortals? It’s time to weigh in with our Royal Rumble 2026 PPV Predictions.

Elle: The Build up to this year’s Royal Rumble hasn’t been the greatest but you know what? I’m still really excited to see what happens and who is poised for that WrestleMania Main Event. I don’t know if it’s because this year’s Rumble is taking place outside of the US, but I kind of sense there won’t be as many shock returns compared to recent years and I imagine it will be more NXT and TNA talent who make appearances. Don’t get me wrong that isn’t a bad thing by any means but I would love to see some legends get their opportunity who haven’t already.
When it comes to a winner, there is a lot of buzz and predictions that Liv Morgan could win this year’s Rumble as she tries to gain a spot at the top of the Women’s Division. Whilst I wouldn’t mind seeing Liv win, I would love to see a shock name come out on top and elevate them as a star.
If I had to go with my gut I think we might see Liv ride the momentum into WrestleMania and take over from where Raquel leaves the feud with Stephanie Vaquer.
If I could go with a fantasy pick I would actually really like to see a legend or surprise debuting superstar get a shock win and go on to make History at WrestleMania. Trish has done a whole lot in her career so why not add to the accomplishments and give her something else to celebrate.
Prediction from Confirmed Names: Liv Morgan
Fantasy Pick: Trish Stratus
Adam (TheInsanityInc): We’ve had as solid a build to the Rumble as we could hope for with all the attention about the SNME show in the lead-up. Regardless, we’ve got a nice mix of confirmed names for the Rumble and plenty of spaces for surprises, be they from NXT or otherwise. Trish? Paige? AJ Lee? TNA Knockouts? I’m looking forward to seeing who pops up! As far from who wins, I have a feeling that (if they are cleared to compete) a surprise return by Bianca Belair to swoop in and bag herself a match against former Big Three ally Jade Cargill could be in the works. The same might be true if Tiffany Stratton is good to go for a rematch against the woman who beat her for the gold last year. Otherwise, if we’re going only from confirmed names, you can imagine that Liv Morgan might finally get her year to shine after being runner up so many times in the past. But you never know which way things will go as we finally get on the Road to WrestleMania!
Prediction From confirmed names: Liv Morgan.
Prediction From any pick/fantasy booking: Bianca Belair
