This Year’s Night of Champions is just a few short hours away, with high stake matches, Championship gold and the title of King and Queen of the Ring all up for grabs.
The Judgement Day and Rhea Ripley are forever intertwined whether they like it or not with Rhea once again taking on one of it’s members, this time in the form of Raquel Rodriguez in a street fight. Will Rhea manage to knock down another member of her former alliance or will the extreme rules come in to play and who might aid Rodriguez to a win?
Elsewhere Jade Cargill and Asuka look to round out the 2025 Queen of the Ring tournament as they clash in this year’s Finals match. Will the empress of tomorrow become the Queen of Today or Will Cargill be crowned Queen and lead a new ere on SmackDown?
With gold and golden opportunities up for grabs, who will walk out standing tall and who will be left by the wayside on the road to Evolution and SummerSlam? It’s time to weigh in with out Night of Champions 2025 PPV Predictions.

Elle: I never expected to see a face off between Asuka and Jade Cargill so soon, especially with Asuka only returning in recent weeks but I have to say I’m pretty excited to see what they deliver later tonight. As a big fan I would love nothing more than to see the Empress of Tomorrow crowned Queen of the Ring, especially after all of her other accomplishments but for some reason I can’t see it happening this year. I think regardless of a win tonight, Asuka will no doubt end up across the ring from IYO be it at Evolution or SummerSlam. In my mind the logical outcome is for Jade to win Queen of the Ring and go on to face Tiffany at this year’s SummerSlam and ultimately end Tiffay’s time. However that’s not before I think Naomi gets the ultimate last laugh and cashes in on her former friend making this ongoing feud between them not just about hatred but gold too. Prediction: Jade Cargill
Adam (TheInsanityInc): A solid tournament on both sides of the bracket. Some might consider this a Dream Match, others a fever dream. Cargill has shown off a lot more in this singles run compared to limited matches in the past, and if anyone can drag out the best in someone it will be Asuka. My gut feeling is that the WWE will run a women’s Dream singles match between Asuka and Iyo Sky on the big stage of SummerSlam so I’ll give the nod to her. Hopefully this will be a good match too between these two even if their styles will no doubt clash. Prediction: Asuka

Elle: It sucks to see Liv injured, especially leading into what looked like a program at Evolution, but I will say I’m glad to see Raquel get a little more of the spotlight now her friend isn’t leading the way. Raquel can be quite the opponent and when her and Rhea clash sparks aren’t far behind. I imagine this will be a continuation of Roxanne worming her way into the Judgement Day as well as Raquel’s good books with Roxanne possibly stepping in to help defend the Women’s Tag Team Championships. For that angle to work and given that the match is a street fight, I image Roxanne will do whatever it takes to get a Victory for Raquel. She shouldn’t celebrate too soon however, because that means Mami will be hunting down Roxanne next. Prediction: Raquel Rodriguez
Adam: No doubt this match was rushed onto the card after Liv Morgan’s very untimely injury. Two powerhouses going at it with weapons involved should be a blast and the two have something to prove after lacklustre matches in the past. The No DQ element could lead to interference from Roxanne Perez if she makes the trip across too but the question will be if they want to have Ripley feud some more with The Judgement Day and be a part of the tag title situation or move her on to something else? My feeling is that Ripley may go over here but her issues will be far from done with Rodriguez. Prediction: Rhea Ripley
